I’m Alister Booth, an experienced osteopath based in Norwich, supporting both people and animals to move more freely and feel more comfortable in their bodies.
You might already be noticing that when pain or stiffness shows up, it’s rarely just about one area, it’s often a reflection of how the whole body has been adapting over time.
That’s why my approach is both classical and holistic. Rather than simply focusing on where you feel discomfort, I look at how your body is working as a whole, gently uncovering the patterns and underlying causes that may be contributing to what you’re experiencing.
When those deeper imbalances begin to shift, something interesting happens, movement can feel easier, tension can start to release, and your body can begin to do what it’s naturally designed to do, move well and feel better.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing something ongoing, or simply ready to feel more at ease in your body, we’ll work together in a way that feels supportive, considered, and tailored to you. And over time, you may find yourself moving with less pain and living with more comfort, confidence, and ease.
Over the years, I’ve supported people of all ages and backgrounds with a wide range of aches, pains, and movement issues. Whether your discomfort is from daily life, injury, stress, or sport, I’m here to help.
Some of the conditions I commonly help with include:
And much more.
As an osteopath, I also keep a careful eye out for any signs or symptoms that may need further medical attention. If I believe your issue is outside the scope of osteopathy, I’ll explain why and refer you to your GP or local hospital for further investigation.
I treat:
Pain looks different for everyone and no one should have to live with it. If something’s holding you back, I’d love to help.
