Hello, I am Alister
I’m an osteopath with over 16 years of experience helping both people and animals move more freely, feel more comfortable, and get back to doing the things they love.
You may already know what it’s like when pain begins to limit how you live, how it can quietly change the way you move, the way you think, and even the things you avoid.
So my focus is always simple, to help you feel more at ease in your body again, with less restriction, less fear, and more confidence in how you move.
Having worked in Norwich throughout my career, I’m proud to support the local community in living healthier, more active lives, in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to you.
As a transgender man and an active member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand that seeking care isn’t always just physical. It can involve trust, vulnerability, and the need to feel truly seen. I also volunteer with The LGBTQ+ Project here in Norwich, which continues to shape the way I support and advocate for inclusive, affirming care.
That’s why I’ve created a space where you can feel safe, respected, and comfortable, just as you are.
Because when you feel safe, your body often responds differently and that’s where real change can begin.
Alongside my clinical work, I also deliver talks and training for healthcare professionals who want to better support transgender and non-binary patients. Through masterclasses, CPD sessions, and guest speaking, I help clinicians build confidence, awareness, and practical skills to create inclusive, affirming care.
My teaching is grounded in both lived experience and hands-on clinical work, making it not just informative, but real, relatable, and directly applicable in practice.
Whether you’re part of a clinic team, a student group, or a professional body, I offer training that is supportive, open, and free from judgement.
When I’m not in clinic or teaching, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family and our six dogs, horse riding, playing touch rugby with the Iceni Touch Rugby team, or training in the gym.
