I’m an osteopath with over 15 years of experience helping both people and animals find relief from muscle, joint, and nerve pain, so they can live life without discomfort and more freedom. My goal is always to get you moving and doing the things you love without restriction or fear of pain.
I’ve worked in Norwich for my entire career and am proud to support my local community in living healthier, more active lives.
As a transgender man and an active member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the emotional weight that can come with seeking care, especially when it involves touch, vulnerability, and trust. I also volunteer for the LGBTQ Project and strive to make my clinic a safe, welcoming space for everyone, regardless of identity or background.
I see you. And I’m here to help you.
Alongside my clinical work, I also offer talks and training sessions for healthcare professionals who want to improve how they support transgender and non-binary clients.
Through live masterclasses, CPD sessions, and guest speaking, I help practitioners build confidence, awareness, and practical skills to create inclusive, affirming treatment environments. My teaching is grounded in lived experience and shaped by my work in hands-on care, making it real, relatable, and directly useful in practice.
Whether you’re part of a clinic team, a student group, or a professional body, I offer supportive, non-judgmental training that helps you get it right.
When I’m not in clinic or teaching, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family and our six dogs, going horse riding, playing touch rugby with the Iceni Touch Rugby team, or training in the gym.
