As a trans man and osteopath with lived experience on both sides of the treatment table, I deliver talks and workshops designed to shift how healthcare and manual therapy professionals understand, approach, and support trans and non-binary patients.
For many clinicians, the intention to provide inclusive care is already there, it’s simply the confidence, language, and practical application that’s often missing.
And when that begins to change, something powerful happens, communication becomes easier, trust builds more quickly, and patient care naturally improves.
